With the application of fluorite in industry and daily life increasingly extensive and important, the demand for fluorspar have been greatly increased. Based on the actual process mineralogy study of ore, using flotation method from the gangue minerals phlogopite fluorite, and comprehensive recovery of low grade paper through single mineral flotation beryllium concentrate, artificial mixed mineral flotation separation of fluorite and phlogopite flotation behavior, it is concluded that the fluorite and phlogopite flotation are studied. By analyzing mineral crystal structure, surface zeta potential test and infrared spectrum method are discussed and mineral surface and collector, metal ions, the mechanism of the adjustment.Single mineral experiment results show that between neutral and weak alkali conditions, good flotation fluorite, sodium oleate and phlogopite little floating;To avoid mixed with metal ions, Fe3 + and A13 +, fluorite is inhibited and phlogopite are activated. Using sodium carbonate and sodium sulfide as adjusting agent, can improve the fluorite flotation separation and phlogopite.When the pH value of 10.0, the concentration of sodium sulfide and sodium oleate were 2.0 x 10-3 mol/L and 3.0 x 10 5 mol/L, fluorite and phlogopite effectively separated.On the basis of the artificial mixed mineral separation experiment, can obtain better flotation index. Mechanism of the research results show that the pH value within the scope of the 7-11, fluorite and phlogopite surface zeta potential are negative.Chemical analysis by sodium oleate solution, presumably, acid - soap (RCOOHRCOO -) and oleic acid ions (RCOO -) of fluorite and phlogopite catching up key role.
